No Refunds Policy

At True North Life, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. Due to the nature of our consulting, coaching, and digital services, all sales are final. There are no returns or refunds for our services in any case.

We encourage you to review all information regarding our services prior to making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

While refunds are not provided under any circumstances, we understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours of advance notice. If notice is given with less than 24 hours until the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the session will be considered fulfilled and no option to reschedule will be provided.
